Dreams India Entertainment shall not be held liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All creative concepts, designs, layouts, and content developed by Dreams India Entertainment remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Media and Promotion
We reserve the right to use event visuals, photographs, or videos for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of services agreed upon. We are not responsible for indirect losses, personal belongings, or third-party failures beyond our reasonable control.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential and used only for service-related purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties except where required for event execution.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the company’s operating city.
